Pearland Remodeling Inc is a family-owned-and-operated, full-service remodeling company in Pearland, Texas. Our company was started in 1972 by James E. Davis, Sr., and his son, James E. Davis, Jr., and we’ve earned more than 49 years’ worth of references.
Carl Dwillis
Pearland Remodeling Company and Cabinet Shop was established in 1972, but the family history of craftsmanship was started years before. In 1901, Carl Dwillis was 17 years old when he attended trade school in Germany to study the craft of carpentry and building. In 1908, he came to the United States, where he used his skills as a carpenter tradesman.
Herbert Dwillis
Carl passed his skills to his son, Herbert Dwillis, who years later trained his son-in-law, James Davis, Sr., in the cabinetry and building trade. James Davis has been working with his son, James Davis, Jr., and grandsons Chris and Scott Davis. We are proud to say that these skills have been passed down in our family for five generations.

We are custom trim carpenters and builders, and we take pride in our work to make sure it is of the highest quality. Our family crew makes sure we do a clean job and works hard to finish our projects on time. We listen to your ideas and work with you to get your desired outcome.
